At Central Power Systems & Services, we understand that buying a machine is only the beginning of the relationship. That’s why we created the CPOWER PROMISE and CPOWER PROMISE PLUS. These programs are designed to help minimize downtime, provide responsive service, and keep your projects moving when unexpected warranty repairs occur.
With priority support, flexible equipment solutions, and additional protection through our Preventative Maintenance Program, you can have confidence knowing your equipment—and your reputation—is backed by a team committed to keeping you productive.
CPOWER PROMISE PLUS
Enhanced Support for Extended Downtime
If a machine failure keeps your machine down for over 48 hours, you will receive a free loaner or a $500 credit. *Eligible units also receive priority service on all maintenance scheduling.
Eligible Units
Applies to all Central Power Systems construction equipment with a 2-year Preventative Maintenance Package through its expiration date.
Loaner Units
Loaner units will be similar in size and specs, subject to availability and location, and limited to 40 hours per week of use.
Customer Responsibilities
If repairs are expected to exceed 48 hours, the customer must request a loaner through the Branch Manager to initiate the search. The customer is responsible for loaner unit transportation and insurance.
$500 Credit
If a loaner is not available then a credit will be placed on the customers’ in-house account and can be used on future parts, service or equipment purchases. No cash value.
CPOWER PROMISE
Warranty Support When Problems Arise
For warrantable downtime exceeding 48 hours, we offer customers the option of renting a comparable unit at 50% of the standard rental rate for the duration of the repairs.
Eligible Units
Applies to all Central Power Systems construction equipment under factory warranty, valid through the warranty expiration date. No PM packaged purchase required.
